Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open QuadQravings and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email
support@pepperdineeats.com
from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account".
We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile details: name, email, phone number, CWID, and campus location
- In-app notifications and saved push-notification tokens
- Pending (not-yet-paid) orders
What may be retained, and why
Completed order and payment records may be retained for a limited period to meet
legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These records are no
longer linked to your identifiable account after deletion, and are removed or
anonymized once the retention period ends.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account
to use QuadQravings again.
